Add a stand sharer

This form is to be completed by all exhibitors who wish to add sharers to their stand.   It is important that you inform us of all companies exhibiting with you on your stand to ensure they appear on the website and all exhibitor lists.

NB:The main stand holder will be invoiced £500+vat for each additional sharer on their stand.

As the main stand holder you will receive all paperwork relating to the exhibition and you are responsible for the set up of the stand. The stand sharers you list below will receive a user name and password to access the Marketing and PR section of the Exhibitor Zone.

Please allow 7 days for your sharers to be uploaded.

N.B. This form only accepts 5 sharers at a time. If you would like to enter more, please fill in this form again until all sharers have been added.
